Vespa fans had to be patient for two years, but now the time had finally come again: Landsberg am Lech once again became the meeting place for the Vespa scene. Numerous scooter enthusiasts accepted the invitation from SIP Scootershop and traveled from all over Europe to the Vespa Joyride 2025.

The Vespa community rolls in

Whether from Frankfurt, Nuremberg, Stuttgart, Merano, Vorarlberg or even Taiwan, over 9,000 kilometers away, the Joyride attracted Vespa enthusiasts from all directions to the historic town on the Lech. The goal: a day full of scooter romance, the roar of engines and a festival atmosphere.

The SIP Scootershop premises were already pulsating with life early in the morning. A lovingly curated mix of vintage Vespas, custom one-offs and modern scooter models provided plenty of material for technical discussions, photos and scooter dreams. One participant from Taiwan was particularly eye-catching: Vincent, whose long journey and infectious Vespa passion caused amazement and enthusiasm – a symbol of global scooter love.

Save the date: The good news first: Vespisti who missed the Joyride this year can make a note of July 4, 2026 in their diaries, because that’s when the next SIP Scootershop Joyride will take place again!

Parade with cult character

The real highlight awaited shortly afterwards: a joint ride through Landsberg and the surrounding area, which led along narrow roads, quaint villages and green meadows. The convoy covered around 50 kilometers, accompanied by enthusiastic spectators at the roadside and a touch of dolce vita in the air. The route led through villages such as Stadl and Dettenschwang, past historic farms and through wide fields – a rolling delight for the eyes, ears and soul.

The destination of the ride was the Alte Villa beer garden in Utting, 50 km away, located directly on Lake Ammersee. There, the participants enjoyed a hearty snack, coffee and conversation as the day drew to a relaxed close. Between new encounters and old acquaintances, not only the love of the Vespa was celebrated, but also the sense of community that makes this scene so special.

A day that connects and makes you want more

“This is how Vespa should be: passionate, lively and unifying,” was the conclusion of organizer SIP Scootershop, who thanked all participants for the great atmosphere. The great commitment of the Vespa Cowboys Munich should not go unmentioned. With their organizational commitment, enthusiasm and attention to detail, they were an indispensable part of this successful day.
